Suzanne Todd

Suzanne Todd is joint-head of leading international private client firm Withers' Dispute Resolution team in Europe. Suzanne is recognised as an expert in conflict resolution. She is a tenacious and compassionate litigator as well as one of the most skilled and experienced family lawyers of her generation in London. She is a top tier lawyer in Spear's Top 50 Family lawyers, Spears 500, Chambers, Legal 500 and Citywealth. Suzanne's clients come from all walks of life and from all nationalities from the entertainment to motorsport worlds, to very senior City CEOs or their wives as well as being the 'go to' for Counsel for many of the firm's big family office clients to deal with their wide ranging family law issues. She has a special interest in all things Italian (having spent a year in Modena for her degree) and is the 'go to' lawyer for all Family Law matters with an Italian theme.. Suzanne's practice covers complex international financial remedy work, multi-jurisdictional pre-nups and private international child and family matters. Suzanne is a trained and practising mediator and collaborative lawyer.

Suzanne is passionate about promoting young talent in the workplace, winning numerous industry accolades for her work during a number of years as training partner for the firm. She has the Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Solicitors. She is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (a worldwide association of the most experienced and skilled family lawyers) and is currently Secretary of Board of the International Academy.
