Ailbhe Fallon

Ailbhe spent most of her career leading Fallon Currie Consulting, the consultancy practice she founded, based in London and Zug, Switzerland. As strategic advisors, and multi-disciplinary programme leaders, to international organisations in a wide range of sectors, the consultancy has specialised in fostering and realising innovation, and new product and business development, often science/technology-led. Ailbhe has a particular interest, and expertise, in advocacy for brands, businesses and enterprise in general, including in relation to reputation, and generating the insights and data that can support these aims.

Throughout her career, Ailbhe has promoted and mentored talent, both in her own business, and client and partner organisations. Prior to founding her business, Ailbhe was managing director of a product design consultancy, director of a business development consultancy, and had held senior roles in advertising and consultancy, as well as marketing roles at multinationals.

She plays an active role in science-led organisations; supports many arts and cultural organisations not only in the United Kingdom but internationally; is an avid theatre, opera, ballet and classical music event attendee; loves exploring art in situ and in galleries; is very keen rugby fan; skis, walks and volunteers with several organisations promoting and supporting women whatever their role.
