Capella festa leads an independent non-profit foundation supporting education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Starting out well over two decades ago as the only black trainee solicitor in her legal cohort, Annabel has risen to senior executive and non-executive roles in UK FTSE companies. She is a champion of Diversity and Inclusion, a Group General Counsel and a chartered Company Secretary. She is also the Founding Partner of a family legal consultancy.

Samantha Tross is the first black women to become a Hip and Knee Surgeon in the UK and the first woman in Europe to perform Mako robotic hip surgery

Samantha Tross is a groundbreaker. She is the first black women to become a Hip and Knee Surgeon in the UK and the first woman in Europe to perform Mako robotic hip surgery. She is an Examiner, Educational Supervisor, Advisory Board Member and a passionate advocate for DEI in surgery. Also, she has a Masters in Strategic Management and Leadership.
