Lyndsay Menzies
Lyndsay is the founder and CEO of Eight Million Stories, an award-winning digital marketing and AI agency that partners with leading global brands to navigate the AI era, combining strategic consultancy with integrated digital execution to drive sustainable growth. Before founding Eight Million Stories, she served as CEO of bigmouthmedia, leading the agency through a period of exceptional growth before its merger with LBi and subsequent acquisition by Publicis Groupe in 2012. Lyndsay was widely recognised for her operational leadership and played a pivotal role in establishing the agency as one of the industry's leading digital businesses.
Throughout her career, Lyndsay has led award-winning global digital campaigns for major brands, including the BBC, Hilton Hotels Corporation and British Airways, earning numerous industry accolades.
Beyond her commercial work, Lyndsay served for seven years on the Court of the University of Aberdeen, as part of this role she championed employability and strengthened links between education and meaningful career opportunities. She is passionate about creating career opportunities for others, with a particular focus on early-career development and mentoring emerging leaders - especially women aspiring to senior leadership roles.
Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys travelling, gardening, and spending time with her family, including her two children.
