Nicolina Andall has served on and advised the Boards of a range of Public, Private and Not for Profit organisations for over 10 years. In 2021, she passed the Financial Times Postgraduate Diploma for Non-Executive Directors and currently serves as a NED Board Apprentice with Aldermore Bank PLC alongisde working with the Board of a Regulated Fintech startup. She is a Board Member of the UK Chapter of International Women’s Forum and co-runs their Racial Equity mentoring scheme. She has been an Advisory Board Member for Halsbury’s Laws of England and Wales since 2016. In 2022 she founded “Inspiring Diverse Leaders” which is a group set up to encourage ethnic minorities to become influential voices in the Boardrooms of our Society.

In her professional life, she is a Qualified Solicitor of 20+ yrs PQE and is currently Executive Director & Senior Corporate Counsel at Atlas Copco, NASDAQ listed Swedish HQ Global innovative engineering company, with experience of managing the legal affairs of their UK group carrying a £1Billion turnover / £4.5 Billion Market Cap. Prior to that, Nicolina was a Senior In House lawyer at US heavyweight KBR and International Design Engineers Atkins after many years serving as a Senior Associate within City Firm, SJ Berwin.

She is an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice and sits on selection panels making Ministerial recommendations in respect of candidates for appointment to NED, SID, Chair and Judicial roles; she holds a Public Appointment in respect of her work with the Magistracy.
