Nancy Glynn

Nancy works with C-Suite executives, emerging leaders and top teams across multiple sectors in London, continental Europe, Asia and the US.
Nancy’s personal path is one from classical performing artist, to corporate C-suite executive, to a pioneer in the practical development of 21st century leaders. A recurring theme in her life has been high performance.
Nancy has lived and worked in six countries during an extensive career in senior and C-Suite roles across a range of business sectors that began after a first career as an international ballet soloist. She was a key executive in the integration of five cross-border mergers in complex, technology-driven companies often navigating disruptions in their sectors. She founded her executive development business in 2007, and moved to London from Germany in 2016.
She earned a Masters in Business Administration, is an accredited coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is completing a diploma in Coaching Supervision in 2019.
Nancy is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, established in 2009 with the mandate to cultivate the scientific foundation and best practices in coaching. In addition, she is qualified to teach Mindfulness by the University of Massachusetts’ Centre for Mindfulness. Nancy is a Board Trustee for the NA Advocacy, a research and patient advocacy charity for a group of ultra rare, neurological diseases.
She believes that igniting and cultivating the humanity in leaders is key to leading in our times. Throughout her career she has mentored and coached women to connect to their authenticity and build the agility and resilience to flourish. She enjoys the beauty of nature, the arts and long walks across splendid parks and gardens.
