In her non-executive career, Marty has served on various not-for-profit and charity boards. In addition to serving as chair of IWF UK, she is the chair of the Society of English and American Lawyers. Prior to that, Marty had a career of more than 30 years as a leading financing lawyer in a preeminent global law firm handling complex, multi-jurisdictional financings.
