Jeanette is all about Voicing Possibilities. She is a CEDR Accredited Mediator; Coach; Artist; Creator of Voicing Possibilities Art-based Coaching Cards; supporter of the International Women of Excellence; Personal Growth and Group Coach for London Business School; and CEO of Go For Growth.
Before founding Go For Growth, Jeanette was the Group HR Director for a FTSE 100 business and has held significant commercially oriented roles with American Express, Marsh, Diageo (Grand Metropolitan), Thorn EMI, and in local government.
Jeanette now has a portfolio and consultancy career working with leaders and companies to resolve disputes, unleash the creative mind and accelerate success: whatever success means in the moment. She also designs and runs workshops and is often called on to speak about negotiation, how to accelerate success with and through other people, and using art in business to unleash the creative mind. With over 30 years’ commercial and international experience, Jeanette’s approach is strategic and practical. Her clients say she creates a space to think in new ways and challenges them to decide if, how and when to move forward.
Jeanette has worked in numerous countries around the world. She relishes the opportunity to collaborate in order to learn and add additional layers of possibility to her work and research. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, holds an MBA from Cass Business School and an MSc in Behavioural Change and Coaching from Henley Business School as well as several other people related and commercial qualifications.
As a negotiator, Jeanette describes negotiation as a whole-body experience: involving your head, heart and gut. She is inspired by a quotation from the poet Mary Oliver: "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
Jeanette lives in London with her husband Steve, a music journalist. They are both keen cyclists although Jeanette is the first to say she is very much a beginner!
